Award-winning Cookbook Author Holly Herrick will be doing a Cooking Demonstration & Book Signing as part of SEWE this weekend.
On Friday, February 14th from 2:00-2:30pm in Marion Square, watch Holly Herrick demonstrate how to make some of her favorite recipes with SC grown and produced ingredients. Holly draws inspiration from the beauty; seasonal, local produce; and delicious food and restaurants of her home town, Charleston, SC.
Holly is the author of six cookbooks, including Southern Farmers Market, The Charleston Chef’s Table, and her latest release, The French Cook: Cream Puffs & Eclairs.
