The Charleston Area Convention & Visitors Bureau is delighted to welcome the 4th hour of TODAY, hosted by Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb, to Charleston for a live broadcast on Thursday, May 2. Tune in to NBC at 10 a.m. to see many of the sights, sounds, flavors, and personalities that are unique to Charleston. Or see the action live in person as a member of the audience! There will be two broadcasts taking place on Thursday—8 a.m. and 10 a.m. To see the shows live, arrive at the George Street entrance to the College of Charleston’s Cistern Yard starting at 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 2.
Members of the audience will enter through Porter’s Lodge at 7:30 a.m. and must be inside by the start of the 8 a.m. show. The audience member with the best sign will win a prize! Members of the audience may be picked as contestants for a quiz show on Charleston buzz, so brush up on local pop culture and get ready to play! Then tune in to NBC again at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 3, to see the second of the two special Charleston shows.
