FIRST COURSE: Soupe Du Jour (Soup of the Day) -OR- Salade De Fromage chaud ef Pate (Warm Cheese and Duck Pate on Croutons served with Greens)
SECOND COURSE: Thon au Beurre de Truffles avec sa Ratatouille (Grilled Tuna with Truffle Butter over Ratatouille) -OR- Grilled Hanger Steak with Poulet Frites in Duck Fat
DESSERT: Profiteroles au Chocolat (Vanilla Ice Cream Filled Pastries with Warm Chocolate Sauce)
