The SEWE Game Dinner is a fine dining experience offering a unique multi course meal in private Lamond Room at Halls Chophouse on Wednesday, February 16 at 7:30 PM. Selections include quail, duck, bison, fresh local produce and wine pairings by Duckhorn Vineyards.

• Manchester Farm Broiled Quail and Maple Leaf Duck, Mache & Red Watercress, Blueberry Jus paired with 2008 Decoy Merlot
• Bison Ribeye w/ Local Sunchokes, Cippolini Onions, Bison Ravioli paired with 2008 Duckhorn Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon
