Join Fish Restaurant on Wednesday, February 2nd for a special dinner celebrating the Chinese New Year. For only $35 you can enjoy a prix-fixe four-course menu from Master French Chef, Nico Romo, as well as sake and sake-inspired cocktails from Mixologist Evan Powell.
The menu for the evening is as follows:
FIRST COURSE: Amuse Bouche, Crab Spring Roll, Fresh Mint, Noodle, Carrot, Daikon.
SECOND COURSE: Pan Seared Tilefish, Sweet Soy Glaze Noodles, Local Wok Veggies.
THIRD COURSE: Homemade Peking Duck, Cashews, Shiitakes, Jasmine Rice, Cilantro, Mooshu Pancake, Sweet & Spicy Hoisin Sauce.
FOURTH COURSE: Basil Rice Milk Ice Cream, Sweet Red Bean Puree.
In addition to the fantastic Asian Fusion cuisine, Fish will also have a money tree at the restaurant where guests can make donations to benefit the Alliance for Full Acceptance, a local nonprofit organization advocating acceptance for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons.
