SieMatic presents “Food and Your Health Series," a discussion headed by Sherri Jacobs, ND, CNS and personal chef Jon Anderson who will discuss and prepare natural healthy cuisine at the SieMatic showroom on Upper King Street specifically designed to heal your metabolism. In a fast paced world of too much stress, learn about certain foods to stabilize your blood sugar, improve energy, prevent aging and help you reach your ideal weight.

Dr. Jacobs is a Certified Nutrition Specialist through the American College of Nutrition. She earned her Naturopathic Medical Degree from Bastyr University in Seattle that is the leading educational and research institution for science-based natural medicine. Prior to receiving her Doctorate, she earned a BS in Psychology and a Health Minor from The College of Charleston. She is Vice President of the South Carolina Association of Naturopathic Physicians and a member or the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the American College of Nutrition.
