Buddy Bebergal and Kit Regnery of Carolina Commercial Real Estate announced the sale of the locally-owned building at 525 King Street in the historic district of downtown Charleston. The building was sold by Alan St. Clair, Lead Dog LLC, to Jupiter Holdings LLC, a Charleston real estate investment firm.
