Chef Phil Gaulin’s Farmers Market Menu is designed to utilize much of the fresh seasonal products available locally and showcased in Charleston's Marion Square Farmers Market. Dishes are perfectly prepared with respect to the traditional ways of the South.The menu is as follows:
- Chilled Rabbit Confit & Quinoa Salad with Sweet Bay Lettuce, Old Tyme Butterbeans, Kurios Red Tomatoes Lady’s Island Toasted Pecans
- “Holy City” Pork, Peaches & Leeks with Holy City Porter Braised Heritage Farms Pork Cheeks, SC Peaches Buttered Leeks, Adluh Mills Smoked Poblano Grit Cake
- Split Creek Farms Chevre’ Cheesecake with Apple Butter & Whipped Cream
The Farmers Market Dinner cost is $30 per person plus tax and gratuity. Substitutions from their Dining Room Menu are possible for those with dietary preferences or restrictions.
