flexibility sure to push you to your edge, yet accessible to all levels
and body types. Power Yoga is a personal way to discover your own path

Our heated studio offers the full "yoga studio" experience with eco friendly cork floors, complimentary towel service, two showers and all the shower essentials you need to get you back to your day (or night out) sweat free. Our full service boutique featuring lululemon athletica, spiritual gangster, & other hip lines will keep you stylin' on and off your mat.... We've got your front, back and booties covered Mon-Thurs 11-5 and Sat 11-4.
