Sample what the Lowcountry has to offer this month at the Swamp Fox Restaurant & Bar. Their February Farmers Market Menu showcases the fresh seasonal products available locally with dishes prepared with respect to the traditional ways of the South. The February's Farmers Market Menu is as follows:
FIRST COURSE: Beet and Carrot Salad with Goat Cheese, Toasted Almonds, Micro Greens, Dijon and Herb Vinaigrette
SECOND COURSE: Speckled Trout Pan Seared with Creamy Grits, Braised Kale, and Roasted Green Tomato Sauce
THIRD COURSE: Cinnamon-Streusel Coffeecake served with Regular or Decaf Coffee

The Farmers Market Dinner is $30 per person plus tax and gratuity. This special menu is available daily during the month of February. Space is limited; please call (843) 724--8888 to make reservations.
