Sample what the Lowcountry has to offer this month at the Swamp Fox Restaurant & Bar. Their February Farmers Market Menu showcases the fresh seasonal products available locally with dishes prepared with respect to the traditional ways of the South. The February's Farmers Market Menu is as follows:
SECOND COURSE: Speckled Trout Pan Seared with Creamy Grits, Braised Kale, and Roasted Green Tomato Sauce
THIRD COURSE: Cinnamon-Streusel Coffeecake served with Regular or Decaf Coffee
