First Course: Charleston She Crab Soup with Lump Crab Meat and Cream Sherry OR House Salad of Baby Field Greens, Pickled Cucumbers, Carrots, Shave Vidalia Onion, and Assiago Cheese tossed with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Second Course: Stuffed Collard Greens with House Made Pork Sausage in Spicy Tomato Sauce OR Garlic and Herb Goat Cheese Spread served with Grilled Bread and Pickled Onions.
