The Francis Marion Hotel is an official participant in the Certified South Carolina Grown “Fresh on the Menu“ program having pledged to support South Carolina’s local agricultural communities, as proclaimed by Hugh E. Weathers, Commissioner, SC Department of Agriculture.
The Swamp Fox Restaurant at the Francis Marion Hotel and restaurants throughout South Carolina have become partners in the “Fresh on the Menu“ effort. Participating chefs agree to prepare menus that include at least 25% Certified South Carolina Grown foods and products in season and feature the “Fresh on the Menu“ brand.
