Taking their name from a Mark Twain story, the Punch Brothers are made up of the most in-demand performers in the worlds of bluegrass, folk and traditional music.
Led by composer-singer-mandolin virtuoso Chris Thile of Nickel Creek fame, the group includes guitarist Chris Eldridge, bassist Paul Kowert, banjo player Noam Pikelny and violinist Gabe Witcher. The Punch Brothers, “Expands the frontier of an emerging style of what might be called American country-classical chamber music,” proclaims The New York Times.
Halls Chophouse is Charleston's newest steak house located in the Upper King Design District at 434 King Street in historic downtown Charleston.
